Armin & Felix Kft is a Budapest-based software engineering studio, founded in 2020.
We’re a small team of senior engineers who got tired of bloated agencies and disposable contracting. Our clients are usually founders, product teams, or engineering leaders who need someone they can trust with the thing that actually matters — not the brochure site, but the system the business runs on.
The studio is co-directed by Fung István Róbert.
What we believe
- Craft is a margin. Software that’s well-built keeps paying back for years. Software that isn’t keeps costing you.
- Small beats big. A senior team of three will out-ship a junior team of ten on almost every project that matters.
- Boring is underrated. We use proven tools and write boring code on purpose. Novelty is a tax.
- Honesty over upsell. If a project doesn’t need us, we’ll tell you. If it needs less of us, we’ll tell you that too.
Where we work
We’re based in Budapest and work remotely with clients across Europe and North America. We invoice in EUR, USD, or HUF.
For larger engagements we’re happy to spend time on-site at the start of a project — there’s no substitute for a whiteboard and a coffee.
